Andy Yallop – Group Chief Executive and Chairman of Operating Companies

Andy is a qualified Civil Engineer. He joined Croudace in 1982 as Engineering Manager and became Engineering Director in 1989. He was promoted to Managing Director of Croudace Homes in 1995 and became Group Chief Executive of Croudace Homes Group in 2006.

Andy is a Board member of the Home Builders Federation. He is a keen supporter of West Ham Football Club, and enjoys swimming, walking and travel.

Allan Carey – Group Finance director and Company Secretary. Managing Director, Croudace Strategic Ltd

Allan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 with Price Waterhouse before moving into industry where he held senior financial roles with a recruitment consultant and an advertising and marketing consultancy.

He joined Croudace in 1988 as Group Finance Director with responsibilities for Accounts, Human Resources, IT, Health and Safety and Office Administration. In 2005 he was given responsibility for Strategic Land and became Managing Director of Croudace Strategic when the Company was established in 2006.

Allan is a ‘keep fit’ enthusiast and an active member of a running club. He enjoys the cinema and (watching) rugby.

Russell Denness – Managing Director, Croudace Homes Ltd

Russell joined Croudace in 1984 as an assistant site manager in the Construction Division gaining a wide experience of commercial and housing developments. He became a Business Development Manager in the Partnership Housing Division in 1994 and was promoted to Sales Manager in 1999 and then Sales Director of Croudace Homes in 2001. Russell became Commercial Director in 2003 adding responsibilities for planning, design and engineering to his portfolio. In January 2006 Russell was appointed Managing Director of Croudace Homes Ltd.

Russell is a Chartered Builder and Chartered Surveyor.

Russell enjoys all sports, but now feels only fit enough to actually play golf! He also enjoys reading, gardening and DIY.

Richard Holmans – Managing Director, Croudace Partnerships

Richard joined Croudace as a trainee surveyor in 1977 after leaving school. He became a Contracts Manager in the Construction Division in the 1980’s, working on a wide range of projects including Local Authority housing, schools, industrial buildings and offices.

In the early 1990’s Richard became a Business Development Manager securing and co-ordinating housing contracts with housing associations. The role involved co-ordinating scheme feasibilities, budgets, land buying, planning and detailed design to enable a full service to be provided to clients.

When Croudace Homes in Partnership was established in 2004 providing affordable housing for Housing Associations, Richard was appointed General Manager and then Commercial Director in 2005, before being appointed Managing Director in September 2007.

Richard is a keen gardener. He also enjoys cycling and tinkering with cars.
