It continues to expand its areas of operation and the number of homes built and has earned a reputation for providing quality new housing throughout the South East of England.

The Croudace Homes Group comprises Croudace Homes Ltd., which develops private housing schemes, Portland Homes Plc, a niche developer based in south-east London, Croudace Homes in Partnership Ltd., which contracts to build affordable housing and Croudace Strategic Ltd., which secures and promotes a wide range of sites for mainly housing development.
