To maintain the growth of our business, Croudace are pleased to announce they have opened a new regional office in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.

Working together to meet your needs

Our new offices house a team of multi-skilled people, enabling us to provide expertise across all disciplines in the north Thames area including land buying, design, technical, building, sales and marketing.

Our land team, previously based at the Royston office, will be based at Letchworth. They will be joined by personnel from other departments who will transfer there from our head office at Caterham to improve efficiency. Croudace Partnerships will also have some staff based at our new office to expand their area of operation, so all companies within the Group will cover both north and south of the Thames.

On Monday 18 October, the Royston office closed and all staff previously based there relocated to:

Letchworth is strategically placed to serve our northern area and has excellent transport links being adjacent to junction 9 of the A1(M). Letchworth Garden City railway station is a two minute walk away from The Spirella Building, which has ample parking for visitors. We hope to see you there very soon.
