Competition for Pride in the Job status is intense, with just over 400 awards given this year to site managers from around the UK. Judges scrutinise all aspects of the site in 38 strict criteria, from commitment to safety through to the quality and presentation of the finished homes.</p> <p>Croudace Homes Group Chief Executive, Andy Yallop, commented &quot;The winners of these awards have demonstrated they are truly top performers who promote the very best practice in housebuilding.
