The Croudace Homes Group comprises Croudace Homes Ltd., which develops private housing schemes, Portland Homes Plc, a niche developer based in south-east London, Croudace Homes in Partnership Ltd., which contracts to build affordable housing and Croudace Strategic Ltd., which secures and promotes a wide range of sites for mainly housing development.
