The National New Homes Customer Satisfaction survey was launched in response to recommendations in the Barker Review of Housing in 2004, and is a census of those who purchase new build homes from UK house builders.
We are delighted to have been awarded our thirteenth Home Builders Federation (HBF) 5 Star Home Builder Customer Satisfaction award in as many years. Over the past 12 months, over 90% of Croudace customers would recommend that their friends buy one of our homes.
The National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey is sent to new build buyers 8 weeks after legal completion of their new home. Customers then have 12 weeks to complete and return their forms. The feedback is then used to produce a score, from which a star rating is awarded.
The survey is validated by Reading University
and entirely independent of any builder or
builder group. The National House Building
Council (NHBC) and Local Authority Building
Control (LABC) operate the survey to gather
the anonymous feedback.
The Croudace Homes commitment to quality, and the care and attention to detail that commitment demands
are appreciated by our customers; the status of holding a 5 Star Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Award
is a useful guide to indicate the high standard they can expect from a Croudace home.
