The expertise, experience and training of our staff, supported by excellent management information systems, are fundamental to Croudace’s success.
We recognise the need to bring new people into both our business and the industry as a whole to meet the challenges that arise from an ever changing regulatory and customer based business environment. We have in place a programme to provide career opportunities at professional, technical and trade level for school leavers and graduates.
We offer a structured graduate training programme which includes working in each core area of the business before moving onto the department relevant to a particular career interest. We encourage the achievement of chartered status as well as the training of apprentices in building skills, and have entered into approved training partnerships with the Chartered Institute of Building and the Institution of Civil Engineers. Undergraduates can apply for sandwich year placements to help gain valuable hands on experience.
