The Croudace Homes Group was established in 1946. Our continuing policy of involvement in all new homes markets from small starter homes to large executive houses and in both the private and public housing sectors throughout south east England, has placed us in an excellent position to maintain growth, maximise returns and minimise exposure to risk. We continue to invest in strategic land with a view to the long-term, whilst currently reaping the reward of earlier investments.
We are proud of our developments, where we take great care to get the product and site layout to the highest standard both in design and build quality. We will stand comparison with anyone in this respect which helps in our dealings with planning authorities where we try to form close working relationships. We also recognise that natural resources are a precious commodity and continually seek ways to reduce energy demands from our homes and to mitigate the effect that they may have on the local enviroment. Our emphasis on quality and customer service has resulted in the Group consistently receiving both consumer and industry awards for design, build quality and service. After scoring maximum points for the quality of its homes and the service offered to customers in previous MORI National Customer Satisfaction surveys, Croudace Homes has now performed equally well in the NHBC Customer Satisfaction Survey. In the
