Ben Yallop - Regional Land Manager

Ben joined the company in 2001 and now leads the North Thames land team. He recently gained membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, marking the culmination of several years of hard work. Following the move to new offices in Letchworth Garden City, he is fired up with enthusiasm to buy more sites as Croudace look to increase their output and add to his portfolio of successful purchases achieved over the past years.

Glen joined Croudace in 2006 after gaining a degree in Planning and Residential Development.

Last year, Glen embarked upon an extended trip abroad to visit various countries in South America and Australasia before returning to Croudace to continue his land buying role.

He recently gained his MCIOB.

Bassil Aslam - Land Negotiator

Bassil joined Croudace in 2009 after completing his degree in Planning and Property Development and is currently undertaking RICS training to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Through his job at Croudace, he recently returned from a trip to Nepal as part of the Habitat for Humanity Global Village Challenge to help construct a home for a poverty stricken family using local natural materials entirely funded by sponsorship.

Bassil is not to be messed with – he is a keen amateur boxer!
