Ben Yallop - Land Manager

Ben joined the company in 2001 when the regional land office was set up. He has been particularly productive and is hoping for much more of the same over the coming years. Now in charge of the Northern Land team, he is looking forward to the challenge of buying more sites as Croudace look to increase their output. He is currently going through the process of becoming a member of RICS. Ben has a reputation for never refusing a new challenge - particularly if it is an adrenaline sport, but he also enjoys some of the more normal activities such as football and squash.

Glen Brown - Land Negotiator

Glen joined Croudace in 2006 after completing a BSc (Hons) Degree in Planning and Residential Development. Since then Glen has gone on to purchase many sites for Croudace throughout the Northern region. In 2009 Glen chose to take 5 months off to travel the world taking a whistle stop tour that included Colombia, Peru, Argentina, New Zealand and Australia before returning to Croudace to continue land buying. Glen is now in the final stages of obtaining his MCIOB and hopes to achieve this in June 2010.

Meet the Royston Team

Strategically placed halfway between the M11 and the A1(M) in the north of Hertfordshire, the northern land team are based in the old police station at Royston. This location gives quick access to most parts of the team's operating region.
