Matthew has been with the Company since 2004 shortly after gaining a Masters in Real Estate Management. He is keen to expand his growing list of site acquisitions.

Matthew is a very competent tennis player (he was a semi-professional player a few years ago!) and also plays 5-a-side football.

Simon Boakes
Regional Land Manager

Simon heads up the Southern team. He is a qualified solicitor, and originally worked in private practice before joining Croudace in 2001. In addition to his legal duties, in 2007 he also assumed responsibility for overseeing land buying for the Southern area.

With the arrival of Caroline Bailey, he has relinquished his legal role with the Company, and is now able to concentrate exclusively on site acquisitions.

He is a keen sailor, and a member of Chichester Yacht Club.

Matt Armstrong
Senior Land Negotiator

Matt has a Masters degree in Property Development and Planning and joined the Company in 2003. He has an excellent grasp of the different disciplines intrinsic to the land buying process, and has purchased some excellent sites in recent years.

Matt is a keen sportsman, and particularly enjoys rugby and golf.

Mark Bentley
Land Negotiator

Mark has recently joined the land department, but is keen to cut his teeth and get his first land deals under his belt as soon as possible.

He graduated in Construction Management and is awaiting his final interview for membership to the CIOB, which is due imminently.

Caroline Bailey
Company Solicitor

Caroline joined us in Autumn 2010 and is our in-house Legal Manager responsible for the conveyancing of all land purchases for both Caterham and Letchworth based teams. Her role is vital in smoothing the path for site acquisitions by working alongside our land buyers from the very beginning of negotiations, to assess the implications of legal problems as they arise and find effective solutions promptly.

She is an intrepid traveller, who loves an active challenge.
